At Cross Court, we’re committed to developing players of all levels through high-quality coaching, personalized training programs, and a passion for the game. We are expanding our team and looking for talented, motivated tennis coaches who want to be part of a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver private and group tennis lessons for juniors and adults

Create tailored training plans based on player age, ability, and goals

Assess player progress and provide constructive feedback

Assist in organizing academy events, tournaments, and camps

Ensure a safe, positive, and professional training environment

Communicate regularly with parents and academy management regarding player development

Represent the academy’s values and standards both on and off the court
Requirements:

Certified tennis coaching qualification (ITF, PTR, or equivalent)

Proven coaching experience, preferably in an academy setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with players of varying ages and skill levels
-
Passion for tennis and commitment to continuous improvement

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
